Destination photography has one job: make someone who has never been there want to go.

That’s a different skill from portraiture or product work; it’s about pace, light and the small details that make a place feel specific rather than generic. Years photographing Cornwall’s coastline, harbours and hidden coves have taught where that light falls and when, and the same instinct travels well.

PT Creative works with tourism boards, resorts, hospitality groups and travel brands who need imagery that carries a destination’s personality: not just what a place looks like, but what it feels like to be there at golden hour, mid-tide, or halfway up a coastal path. Shoots are built around the story a client needs to tell, whether that’s a single hero image for a campaign or a full content library covering accommodation, activities, food and landscape.

This is genuinely international work. Alongside projects across Cornwall, PT Creative regularly shoots for resorts, hospitality groups and tourism boards overseas, with years of experience handling the practicalities that come with it: travel logistics, unfamiliar locations, and, where filming from the air is involved, the different UAV and drone regulations each country requires.
